Dear Laney,
Your nose has been running for the past few days. Last night, a cough came to the party and then a fever stayed to close the place down.
So today, we're having a no-rules day: I'm up for anything that makes you feel better. Here's what seems to be working: NO pajamas, mama. Couch. Blanket. Fudgesicle. Backyardigans marathon.
For someone who hasn't spent much time in the South, you've really got the whole "taking to your bed" thing down pat. When I'm feeling puny, I look exactly like this, with the roles of "Fudgesicle" and "Backyardigans" being played by Bloody Mary & Gone With The Wind on DVD.
